Tim met the famed Spanish rock guitarist, Warner Brothers (Spanish Division) recording artist, Javier Vargas and was invited to join Javier’s band, “The Vargas Blues Band.” Javier has played with some of the greats in the blues and rock world, including Carlos Santana, Buddy Guy and even Prince.
Tim has written numerous songs for the Vargas Blues Band and has recorded six of these songs, five on a previous CD release and one on his newest CD, due out in March of 2008. When not on stage or in the studio with Vargas, Tim performs his own material with his band, “The Tim Mitchell Band.”

Those who didn't see the Purple Rain tour will remember from the videos that Miko supported Prince in performing "Baby I'm A Star", "I Would Die 4 U" and "Purple Rain".
After leaving Prince's band in 1990, Miko toured for two years with Eddy Murphy. Miko says that while Prince taught him what it's like to work, Eddy Murphy taught him how to relax.
In February 1995 Miko moved to Rotterdam, Holland, and started jamming with local Dutch bands. In mid-1995 he formed Miko And The Boombox and started work on a CD.Â
Miko composed the songs and decided the set list but says his management style differs to that of Prince in at least one respect: 'I ask my band members, regularly, their opinion. And I pay less.'
• Drumer PATTI BALLINAS
Patti Ballinas, half Scottish and half Mexican, started to play drums at the age of 8 years. Together with her sisters, CAROL & IVONNE, she played many concerts in Scotland and the band appeared on Scottish television.
By the time Patti moved to Mallorca (Spain), the band was working under the name "Aqua Vitae." In a few good years of concert experience Patti Ballinas worked with several musicians and bands in Mallorca and Madrid and became a well known drummer in Spain. She also started her career as a session drummer and soon became a YAMAHA DRUMS Endorser.
Patti Ballinas is currently playing with Tim Mitchell Band and other bands in Spain, in different styles of music: Jazz, Country, Rock, Funk, Hip Hop, Soul and R & B.
• Bass VICTOR TUGORES RODRÍGUEZ
Since 14 years old Victor RodrĂguez discovered tha bass and then begin to  learn the technique, so basically self-taught. Since then began his musical journey through the world of music playing and learning with renowned musicians like Derrick Burrows (D7), Miko Weaver (Prince), Kurt James, Pastor Toni, Patti Ballinas, and many more.
Also worked with various local bands and outside and Dee Station, Marta Elka, Gnaposs, ect... Later became a finalist in the GBOB (Global Battle of the Bands) and won with his band 'KP' the award for best song in the song contest 'Villafranca' in 2005.
He is currently in the town of Manacor working with musicians from the island and abroad, is the current bassist of Tim Mitchell band, Dee Station, and works as a substitute in times of Pep Estrada, with different groups.
